About Ally…

Hi, I’m Ally, I am the founder of Ally’s Dogs and I have been happily running my business since June 2018.

Before starting up Ally’s Dogs, I worked in the training industry for 3 years alongside many amazing dog trainers learning more about different dog behaviours and training needs.

I have also worked with different shelters and dog rescue companies including The Greyhound Trust, PAWS4YOU and a variety of European rescue charities.

I specialise in behaviour modification and take pride in my high success rate of reactivity cases.

Whilst loving the behaviour training side of my job I also specialise in assistance/guide dog training and love supporting owners through this journey.

My main background before Ally’s Dogs was rescue and rehabilitation and I used to work in South Florida, Miami, saving dogs off the streets that had been in horrible situations, rehabilitating and getting them into homes.

I still love to go back there and help them out when I can as well as local rescues to me in Birmingham, UK.

I believe that in dog training, communication is key as we don’t always watch and listen to what our dogs are trying to tell us.

My main goal is to help you understand and communicate better with your dog, creating happier and healthier relationships for the whole family. I am here to help you achieve your dream dog.

Whilst offering a big range of services to help as many people as myself and the team can I also am a massive mental health advocate and love to help everyone I can not feel alone with their dog troubles.
